Bill Despain
Managing Partner/Owner Operator
Bill grew up in small town Cowley, Wyoming before moving to Laramie, Wyoming where he ultimately fell in love with design, carpentry, tile work, and building custom homes. He brings years of hands-on experience in residential construction to our team. His passion and commitment to providing clients with top of the line results sets the standard for quality and reliablity in every project we deliver. When he's not on the job you'll find him outdoors or spending time with his family and dogs.
Tommy Eckert
Managing Partner/Owner Operator
Tommy grew up in Worland, Wyoming before ultimately deciding to move to the Black Hills where he quickly established relationships that have been crucial in ensuring long term success for our company. He brings a varitey of skills to our team including a commitment to clear communication and attention to detail. In 2024 he was recognized by the Construction Industry Center and awarded the Master Craftsmanship Award for both the exterior and interior finish carpentry work he completed for a custom home built on Spearfish Creek, in Spearfish, South Dakota. When he's not on the job you'll find him spending time with his family and dog or outdoors exploring the Black Hills.
